Shiv will not pass the buck or delegate the most crucial cases to subordinates; he will be the one in the courtroom personally prosecuting violent criminals to ensure our neighborhood's safety.

Working as a true partner with law enforcement to ensure that the work done on the streets by law enforcement is backed up by aggressive prosecution in the courtroom.

Shiv will renew the District Attorney’s commitment to victims, making certain that those who have been harmed by crime are heard, supported, and treated with dignity throughout the process.
